Sort of a sci-fi diary.
In the fall of 2022 I was interested in exploring prompt-based image production using AI. I made a few every day, tracking both my understanding of the process and changes to the software—these are all done with Midjourney and/or Diffusion Bee. All images are from text prompts only; I didn’t use any reference images or other media, and there’s no post-production. My thought was to explore fidelity…less of focus on things being in focus, less about photorealism and more about mood realism.
